Performance Policies - 2011

1. All new performers must audition either by video or live performance.  Auditions may be scheduled by calling Stronghold, 815-732-6111 or email jan@strongholdcenter.org

2. In most cases, performances will be scheduled to begin shortly after 9:00 a.m. on both Saturday, October 1, and Sunday, October 2.  Gates close at 4:00 p.m. both days, BUT the Faire continues till all patrons have toured the Castle.  The Faire will close at approximately 5:30 each day and entertainment will be scheduled till that time.

3. Most entertainers will be paid a stipend and may be offered lodging.  Busking is allowed, but only by contracted entertainers.

4. All entertainers will complete an information form that describes their performance and provides payment information.  All entertainers must sign and return a copy of their contract by September 1, 2011.

5. Schedule of performances will be available one week prior to the Faire.

6. All entertainment is outdoors.
