Deposits
A minimum deposit
of 50% of the entire bill is due with your registration. The
balance is due 45 days before the event.
Refund/Cancellation
If Stronghold and/or
Way-Points cancels the event the entire deposit/payment is refunded
to the guest.
If the guest cancels...

45 days or more before the event the deposits will be refunded (minus $50.00).

Between 44 days and 1 week before the event a 50% refund is available.

Six days or less before the event - no refund is available.
